We have a 6-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity available on a part time basis (24 hours per week).
The preferred location for the role is Sydney but any state / territory will be considered for the right candidate. Reporting to the Sales Support & Customer Service Manager – ANZ, the Customer
Service Representative is responsible for the management of customer interactions such as orders, enquiries, correspondence, ensuring that agreed commitments are met along with supporting the Commercial sales teams with relevant administration support they require.
Main Duties:
- Processing of customer (internal and external) orders and requests for Orion products received by phone, fax, mail or email.
- Processing customer credits as required.
- Assisting with Sales Administration support for the Commercial teams e.g. Trade Spend tracking & New Line Form Creation.
- Manage creation and renewal of agreements ensuring they are current and if not following up with customer to ensure renewal of contract.
- Maintenance of documentation within Epicor to ensure accurate records are maintained for customers relating to contracts, permits for excise and poisons and other documents as required.
- Answer customer enquiries received by phone, fax, mail or email, referring customers to support materials or medical information / regulatory affairs as required.
- Back-order Management – process back-orders as per prioritization and release by QA.
- Manage customer complaints as per the relevant SOP.
- Creation and maintenance of customer accounts.
- Liaise effectively with all departments, especially warehousing, to ensure service and communication to customers is maximized.
- Assist 3PL partner with queries dealing with order management, Customer issues, Pricing.
- Completion of Return Stock Process relating to Balcatta warehouse site.
Knowledge, Experience and Education requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in pharmaceutical / medical.
- Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office suit of programs
- Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Epicor ERP will be an advantage.
- Work independently within a team environment.
- High level of communication skills, verbal and written.
- Confident on phone and in person dealing with challenges
- Experience working with various internal stakeholders and adhering to internal processes.
