About the Role:
You’ll get stuck into the manufacturing and assembly of custom cabinetry and joinery pieces, working alongside a top-notch team who value hard work and know-how. As an integral part of Eurofurn’s project delivery team, you will play a key role in achieving important project milestones. Showcase your skills with a variety of hand and finishing tools, shaping bespoke products that wow our clients with their flawless finish and exceptional craftsmanship.
What you will be doing:
- Take charge of our dynamic timber processing team, steering daily operations and inspiring your crew to consistently achieve outstanding results.
- Own the pipeline and workflow from start to finish, proactively planning for all project stages, ensuring materials are ready and that each team member is set up for success.
- Review architectural plans, shop drawings and technical documents with a keen eye for detail and help turn client vision into reality.
- Get hands-on with advanced equipment such as wide belt sanders, thicknessers, surfacers, panel saws and routers, crafting intricate timber joinery pieces that stand out for their quality and precision.
- Master your schedule to keep all projects on track and on time, seamless delivery of results for every milestone and client brief.
- Collaborate closely with talented teams across CNC 5-axis, Assembly, Polishing, Upholstery and Installers, making sure every step of the process flows smoothly and adhere to incredibly high standards.

Who are we looking for?
You’d be a great fit for our team if you have:
- Proven leadership experience, having successfully guided teams in similar roles to achieve outstanding results.
- Trade-qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Shopfitting, Joinery or Furniture Making, with a strong track record in delivering intricate joinery projects
- Skilled in utilising industry-standard software like AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision, with hands-on experience operating CNC machinery, panel saws, and edge banding equipment.
- Physically capable (able to safely handle loads up to 20kg) with ability to remain on your feet for long stretches.
- An energetic approach to your work, and willingness to ensure the delivery of perfect workmanship.
- A natural ability to communicate with respect and clarity (verbal, written and interpersonal skills).
- A valid Driver’s Licence and current OH&S White Card.
- First Aid and CPR certifications or a willingness to undertake training.
- Hold unrestricted working rights in Australia and successfully complete pre-employment testing where required.
