About the Role

Eureka Villages is looking for a dedicated Regional Manager – All Aged BTR to join our team in Brisbane, on a full time basis. This role will oversee multiple locations driving performance, strategy, and team success across the region.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance and operations of multiple locations within a designated region, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement regional strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and meet company objectives.
  • Manage and support local teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure success.
  • Monitor financial performance and budgets across the region, ensuring targets are met and resources are allocated effectively.

About You

  • Extensive experience in management, with a proven track record of overseeing multiple locations or teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff across a region.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive regional growth and operational efficiency.
  • Solid financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and analysing performance across multiple sites.
  • Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks, including a National Police History Check.
