Description

We are seeking a Casual Administration Officer to join our team in Benalla.

In this role, you will support the daily operations of our independent living and holiday park community. Working closely with the Park Manager, you will help ensure smooth, seamless services for both residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include bookings, record management, event coordination, office organisation, and communication.

Expected weekly hours: 16- 24 hours. Weekend work will be required.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Assist the Park Manager with daily administrative tasks, including inbox management, scheduling, and correspondence
  • Handle holiday guest bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Maintain accurate records for residents and the village, ensuring timely updates and data integrity
  • Prepare documentation for the Support Office and assist with compliance procedures
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a welcoming front office
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and basic facilities
  • Uphold safety procedures and policies while maintaining accurate records
  • Contribute to a positive resident experience through professional, warm communication
  • Assist with leasing and sales documentation

About You:

You’re confident, organised, and bring a welcoming presence. You enjoy balancing structured administration with delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Previous administration or customer service experience, ideally in residential, retirement, or tourism settings
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • A proactive, flexible attitude with problem-solving capabilities
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Ability to satisfy pre-employment checks including National Police History Check
  • Property Management System experience (RMS, Cloud) is highly desirable
