🌟About the Role
Reporting to the Functions Lead, the Senior Finance Officer/Finance Officer will oversee key financial operations including budget monitoring, invoicing, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with financial regulations.
You will also work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate rostering and invoicing through systems such as ShiftCare and Xero, supporting the organisation’s financial sustainability and compliance with NDIS requirements.

We are looking for a professional who combines strong financial capability with excellent organisational and analytical skills.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role within the NDIS or disability sector
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business/Diploma in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- Strong understanding of NDIS funding models, participant budgets and invoicing to Plan Managers
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and Microsoft Office
- Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations and budgeting
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Desirable:
- Familiarity with ShiftCare or similar rostering systems
- Xero Advisor certification
- Microsoft Excel skills including financial reporting and data analysis
