The Role

After experiencing solid and consistent growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced part-time Contracts Manager to join our team in our modern roomy Frenchs Forest office. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work with a leading surveying company and get your career growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining contractual records, key contract dates, correspondence, amendments and variations.
• Supporting the CEO in reviewing, negotiating, comparing and updating client and sub-consultant contracts.
• Collating and summarizing key contract provisions for managers.
• Monitoring compliance of contract requirements.
• Managing the contract lifecycle, including renewal, amendments, and terminations.
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

The candidate:

• Candidate on Northern Beaches will be preferred.
• Tertiary qualification would be preferred.
• Legal experience would be preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in a detail-oriented administration position
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work well under pressure of tight deadlines, and unscheduled tasks.
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude, ability to follow directions with a high level of accuracy.
