Enwise Electrical & Refrigeration currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Electrical Supervisor to join our growing team. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee a range of maintenance and project works across the Industrial, Commercial, and Domestic sectors, while supporting and guiding a skilled team of technicians and apprentices.
Based in Emerald, Central Queensland, this is a dynamic role for a motivated leader ready to take the next step in their career. We welcome applications from local or DIDO candidates, and are open to discussing relocation packages (up to $10,000) for the right applicant.
This opportunity would suit someone currently working as a Leading Hand, or an experienced Supervisor seeking to grow their leadership journey further.

Your Experience:
- Demonstrated experience across a broad range of electrical applications, including Industrial, Commercial and Domestic
- Experience as a Leading Hand, Supervisor, or similar role
- Experience in mining environments (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to field staff and apprentices
- Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and compliance
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while representing our company professionally
Successful Applicants will have:
- QLD Electrical Licence
- Full Drivers Licence
- Current LVR/CPR
- A valid Police Check is required, or willingness to obtain one
- A commitment to upholding company policies, quality standards, and objectives at all levels
Remuneration:
- Competitive remuneration based on experience and qualification/s
- Additional $6 per hour local allowance
- Phone allowance
- Use of a company vehicle
- $10,000 relocation packages available for eligible candidates outside of Emerald
