Enwise Electrical & Refrigeration currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Supervisor to join our growing team. In this hand-on leadership role, you’ll oversee a range of maintenance and project works across Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial sectors, while supporting and guiding a skilled team of technicians and apprentices.
Based in Emerald, Central Queensland, this is a dynamic role for a motivated leader ready to take the next step in their career. We welcome applications from local or DIDO candidates, and are open to discussing relocation packages (up to $10,000) for the right applicant.

Your Experience:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration industry
- Demonstrated hands-on skills across domestic, commercial, and industrial HVAC-R systems
- Ability to provide technical support, guidance, and mentoring to field staff and apprentices
- Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding abilities, particularly with HVAC systems and controls
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety and compliance
- Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while representing our company professionally
Successful Applicants will have:
- Refrigeration Licence
- Full Driver’s Licence
- Minimum of 7 years post-trade experience
- Prior experience supervising or leading a field-based team
- A valid Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- A commitment to upholding company policies, quality standards, and objectives at all levels
Remuneration:
- Competitive remuneration based on experience and qualification/s
- Additional $6 per hour local allowance
- Phone allowance
- Use of a company vehicle
- $10,000 relocation packages available for eligible candidates outside of Emerald
