Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to own customer relationships and retention across our MSP client base. You don’t need to be an engineer—but you must be technically literate, emotionally intelligent, and brilliant at translating IT into business value. You’ll run customer check-ins, manage escalations, guide onboarding, and mentor junior staff in professional client communication.
