Energypro is a well-established commercial electrical and data contractor based in Brisbane. We specialise in commercial construction, service, and maintenance projects across SEQ, with a reputation built on quality workmanship, strong systems, and professional delivery.
We are growing and we are looking for a high-performing Commercial Site Foreman to join our Projects Division.
This is more than a senior electrician role. This is a site leadership position.
About the Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take full ownership of on-site delivery across commercial projects valued between $500k – $2.5m.
You will be responsible for leading your team, protecting project timelines, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring workmanship reflects the Energypro brand.
You set the tone on site in safety, professionalism and accountability.
While the role is primarily site-based, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Operations team, supported by structured systems and cloud-based tools to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site teams including apprentices and trades
- Deliver commercial projects from tender handover through to completion
- Plan, install, test, commission & document electrical systems
- Drive program milestones and proactively manage site challenges
- Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, builders & other trades
- Conduct pre-start meetings and enforce WH&S compliance
- Maintain accurate records of labour, materials and site progress
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC and QLD regulations
- Uphold Energypro’s professional standards and site culture
You understand that successful project delivery is about managing people, quality, time and cost – not just installation.
What We’re Looking For
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Construction White Card
- C Class Driver’s Licence
- Proven experience leading commercial projects ($500k+)
- Strong WH&S knowledge and compliance capability
- Ability to manage teams, timelines and site coordination confidently
- Clear communication and leadership presence
- Organised, solutions-focused and commercially aware

- Open Cabler Licence
- EWP / Working at Heights / High Risk licences
