The role
The Operations Manager at Endotherapeutics is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the
Chief Financial Officer (CFO). You will be responsible for providing full operational oversight of supply chain, warehousing, order fulfilment and customer success functions across our business.
As Endotherapeutics continues its rapid growth, this role is pivotal in keeping operational processes, logistics costs and service levels ahead of that trajectory. You will drive efficiency and scalability across all operational activities while upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Leader with deep supply chain and 3PL expertise and a strong commercial mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Lead operational strategy, drive process efficiency and champion technology and automation (including UiPath RPA) to scale the business without proportional headcount growth
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, warehousing and the DHL 3PL relationship, with a focus on working capital optimisation
- Proactively reduce freight and logistics costs through competitive tendering and rate benchmarking, while building scalable distribution frameworks
- Ensure seamless order-to-delivery processes, resolve service issues and monitor key customer success metrics including order accuracy and on-time delivery
- Maintain TGA regulatory compliance and the company’s ISO 9001-certified QMS, including cold-chain requirements and recall-readiness
- Serve as the operational liaison between internal teams and external partners, providing regular reporting and insights to the CFO and leadership team
About you
- 5+ years in operations management or supply chain leadership, with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven experience managing 3PL relationships including SLA governance and performance management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in a high-growth distribution environment
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data
- Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce and inventory planning tools such as Netstock; experience with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath) an advantage
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organisation
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution is highly desirable
