This role

The Global Onboarding & Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving world-class onboarding programs for Sales teams globally. This role exists to ensure every new Sales hire ramps at maximum speed, feels deeply engaged, and is fully equipped to hit ramp targets.


Your key focus areas will be:

  • Own the design, structure, and continuous improvement of global Sales onboarding programs for SDR, AE, and Partner roles.
  • Personally deliver engaging, high-energy live training sessions across sales methodology, product positioning, and tools.
  • Facilitate roleplays, live practice, and coaching sessions to build real capability and set the benchmark for world-class facilitation.
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to define clear ramp milestones and identify gaps early for targeted coaching interventions.
  • Develop high-quality onboarding materials including structured curricula, playbooks, training guides, and assessments.
  • Blend live delivery with asynchronous learning to maximise retention and flexibility while ensuring programs remain outcome-driven.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, bringing Employment Hero’s values to life to build belief and connection from day one.
  • Use data and feedback to iterate on programs and track key metrics such as time to productivity and ramp attainment.

  • Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Leadership within a SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • A track record of delivering onboarding or training programs that measurably improve sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions across SDR, AE, and Partner roles.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills, acting as a charismatic and confident presenter able to engage and inspire teams.
  • Deep commercial acumen with the ability to train on sales methodology and value articulation, not just coordinate sessions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to partner effectively with Sales Leaders, Product, and Marketing teams.
  • Highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple onboarding cohorts globally in a fast-paced environment.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to connect enablement efforts directly to performance outcomes.
