This role
The Sales Enablement Specialist is an individual contributor responsible for improving the effectiveness, consistency, and productivity of revenue-generating teams across the region, including Direct and Partner channels.
This role executes high-impact enablement initiatives that equip sales teams with the skills, knowledge, content, and tools required to achieve commercial outcomes. Working closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the Sales Enablement Specialist helps operationalise enablement strategy through training delivery, onboarding, resource development, sales support initiatives, and targeted coaching.
Key areas of focus may include:
- Conducting targeted sales coaching and call review activities to identify capability gaps, improve sales effectiveness, and surface insights that inform broader enablement priorities
- Delivering onboarding programs and ongoing sales training
- Supporting major GTM initiatives, product launches, and sales plays
- Developing enablement resources such as playbooks, battlecards, toolkits, and internal documentation
- Facilitating workshops, roleplays, and team learning sessions
- Reviewing sales interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and capability uplift
- Supporting Sales Managers with team development and enablement initiatives
- Partnering with Product, Marketing, and Sales Ops to improve adoption of messaging, tools, and processes
This is a dynamic role guided by a Mission First mindset. Priorities may shift depending on business needs, commercial objectives, and growth initiatives. Success in the role requires adaptability, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to execute effectively across multiple enablement priorities.
All enablement initiatives should contribute to measurable business outcomes, including improvements in:
- New hire ramp time
- Sales productivity and consistency
- Funnel conversion rates
- Pipeline quality
- Adoption of sales methodologies and processes
- Overall sales effectiveness across Direct and Partner teams
Key Accountabilities
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with Sales leaders and teams to understand priorities, performance gaps, and growth opportunities
- Act as a trusted enablement partner across Direct and Partner sales functions
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and impact of enablement initiatives to key stakeholders
Enablement Delivery
- Sales onboarding and ramp programs
- Training sessions and workshops
- Product and GTM enablement
- Facilitation of roleplays, team learning sessions, and sales readiness activities
- Support for critical launches and strategic business initiatives
Commercial Acumen & Performance Impact
- Maintain a strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales motions across Direct and Partner channels.
- Use qualitative insights and performance data to identify enablement opportunities
- Monitor trends across sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness and impact
- Identify recurring themes from sales interactions to inform future enablement priorities
Enablement Programs, Content & Systems
- Oversee the development and adoption of high-quality sales enablement assets, including:
- Pitch decks and value propositions
- Industry and competitor battlecards
- Playbooks and sales resources
- Ensure enablement content is relevant, up to date, and aligned with product, market, and GTM strategy.
- Partner with Sales Ops, Product, and Marketing to support effective tooling, workflow adoption, and content distribution.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of sales tools and platforms used by the field.
Capability Building & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and sales excellence
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, training effectiveness, and knowledge retention
- Continuously refine enablement programs based on stakeholder feedback and performance outcomes
- Support sustained behaviour change and long-term capability development
Who you are

- Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership within a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions across SDR, AE, and Partner teams
- Experience supporting sales performance improvement initiatives
- Experience delivering training, onboarding, or enablement programs
- Commercially minded with a focus on business impact and sales effectiveness
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Data-informed and able to prioritise effectively
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
