Machine Operator

Job Summary:

Nomad Coffee Group has the opportunity for three full-time Machine Operators to join our team in Truganina, Victoria. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating our fully automated Rovema packing lines to ensure high safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The preferred candidate will be available to work Tuesday to Saturday from 9:30am to 6:00pm. The flexibility to cover AM and PM shifts if required, is advantageous.

Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in automated production
• Attention to detail and focus on safety and quality standards (knowledge of SQF, HACCP, GMP is a plus)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use systems effectively
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
• Forklift licence highly regarded

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated Rovema packing lines including case packer and palletiser
• Maintain continuous flow of product throughout production process
• Complete accurate records, safety checks, and quality checks as required
• Assist with staging, cleaning, and housekeeping tasks within the facility

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or production preferred
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently within a team environment
