What’s the opportunity?

Our Richmond café showcases the very best coffee and hospitality experience and we are on the hunt for a new casual team member to work about 15 – 20 hours per week. Availability to work Tuesday or Wednesday, and one day on the weekend is a must!

What’s the role?

• Provide the best in customer service, including greeting and serving customers and helping with the day-to-day tasks that help keep our café performing at its best
• Share knowledge and educate the customer regarding all things coffee through retail sales and demonstrations;
• Take orders, deliver beverages in line with Veneziano Coffee Roasters (VCR) professional standards;
• Join a collaborative and supportive team where no task is too big or too small for anyone.

We’d love someone with at least a year of previous relevant experience, but most importantly we want someone with the right attitude. A current Vic RSA and food safety certificate is advantageous.
