What is the Opportunity?

We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our Veneziano Cafe in West End, Brisbane. The Cafe Supervisor will work closely with our Cafe Manager, executing exceptional coffee and service standards.

This is a part-time permanent role, you must be available to work 25-30 hours per week, including one day on the weekend.

Key skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience leading teams on shift, ideally within specialty coffee or leading hospitality establishments;
  • Prior experience undertaking day to day operational and administrative duties such as ordering stock, collating invoices, opening and closing procedures;
  • Ability to delegate and lead by example;
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service;
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Our successful candidate will stand-out with their captivating personality, hard-working attitude and impeccable attention to detail. You will have a passion for showcasing the very best coffee and hospitality experience and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.

You will be willing to undertake whatever activity is required to ensure our café runs smoothly and ensure our customers receive the very best coffee and hospitality experience every time!
