What is the Opportunity?
We are looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join our Veneziano Cafe in West End, Brisbane. The Cafe Supervisor will work closely with our Cafe Manager, executing exceptional coffee and service standards.
This is a part-time permanent role, you must be available to work 25-30 hours per week, including one day on the weekend.
Key skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience leading teams on shift, ideally within specialty coffee or leading hospitality establishments;
- Prior experience undertaking day to day operational and administrative duties such as ordering stock, collating invoices, opening and closing procedures;
- Ability to delegate and lead by example;
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service;
- Experience in complex, fast-paced environments
