Since opening in mid-2025, Three Stories has quickly established itself as a vibrant and successful café destination in Southbank. As a new concept within our business, it represents an exciting evolution of our brand.

Now we’re looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our team to continued success and build on the strong foundations already in place.

If you’re passionate about great customer service, love leading a team and thrive in a fast-paced café environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

What you’ll be doing:

• Running the daily operations of the café to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Leading, training, and inspiring a high-performing team.
• Managing rosters, stock, budgets, and ensuring compliance with food safety and WHS.
• Driving sales, meeting revenue targets, and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Being hands-on, from serving customers with a smile to jumping into food prep during peak times.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or quick-service environment.
• Strong skills in rostering, labour management, stock control, and financial accountability.
• A Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A people-first leader who can motivate, coach, and build a strong team culture.
• Organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure – with a genuine passion for hospitality.
