Empirical Solutions is seeking an experienced GFM Manager to manage government-furnished materials, equipment, and data across acquisition and sustainment programs.

You will ensure GFM is effectively tracked, managed, and integrated into program planning and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee GFM planning, coordination, and accountability across multiple programs

Maintain governance frameworks and asset control documentation

Ensure compliance with policy, contractual, and audit requirements

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely transfer and handover of assets

Provide advice on logistics, inventory, and configuration management processes

What We’re Looking For

8+ years’ experience in program, logistics, or asset management

Strong understanding of Defence asset management and governance

Excellent stakeholder engagement and organisational skills

NV1 security clearance (mandatory)
