Empirical Solutions is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from motivated professionals who want to contribute to the success of critical Defence and National Security programs.

We are a veteran-owned Australian company delivering engineering, project management, and consulting excellence to strengthen national capability. As our operations expand, we are building our talent pool and inviting EOIs from individuals across a range of disciplines.

Who We’re Looking For

We are interested in hearing from professionals with experience in Defence or related sectors across the following roles:

• Project & Program Managers – leading the delivery of complex capability outcomes
• Engineers – ensuring technical integrity, compliance, and assurance
• ICT & Infrastructure Engineers – designing, managing, and sustaining critical networks and platforms
• Consultants & Advisors – providing expertise in procurement, risk, governance, and operations
• Business & Project Support Officers – enabling the continuity of high-performance teams

Skills & Attributes

We welcome applications from individuals who bring:

• Experience in Defence, government, or highly regulated industries
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities
• Technical depth in engineering, ICT, or project management
• Familiarity with Defence frameworks, policies, or acquisition processes (desirable)
• Current or active AGSVA security clearance (minimum NV1; higher clearances highly regarded)
