Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing reservations.
  • Provide information about the hotel services, local attractions, and events to guests.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:
