Summary:

The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our FMCG business in Sydney. This position involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating communication across departments. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the office, enhancing productivity and supporting our commitment to excellence in services.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the finance department with invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Organise company events and meetings, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Provide support to management in project coordination and execution.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of an associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
