About the program:
You’ll join a 2-year program based on your degree and interests.
How you’ll learn and grow:
Your development will include formal training, coaching, mentoring, sharing of internal knowledge and experience and on-the-job learning. You’ll experience a range of integrated, challenging and targeted learning opportunities including:
- Involvement in real projects to learn fundamental industry skills and knowledge
- Information and Q&A sessions with key employees, leaders and past graduates
- Regular meetings with your manager and mentor
- Formal performance and development reviews to track and progress towards key development milestones
- Participation in external networking activities relevant to position/qualifications such as Engineers Australia or a local young professionals networking group
