Emali Early Learning is seeking a dynamic Educational Leader to join our Campbelltown centre. This role is perfect for an educator who thrives on mentoring teams, embedding high-quality pedagogy, and championing reflective, play-based learning experiences for children.
Location: Campbelltown
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am–6:30pm
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educators are strongly encouraged to apply.
About the Role
As our Educational Leader, you will:
Lead, inspire, and mentor educators to deliver exceptional learning outcomes
Support the implementation of play-based programs aligned with the EYLF
Foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and drive quality across the centre
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and your team
Model Emali’s values of Safety, Joy, Growth, Kindness, and Connection in everyday practice
About You
You will bring:
A Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
Strong leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and supporting teams
Expert knowledge of the National Quality Standards and contemporary early childhood pedagogy
Confidence in programming, documentation, and reflective practice
A collaborative, inspiring, and growth-oriented mindset
A genuine passion for supporting children aged 6 weeks to school age
