Responsibilities:
- Manage and organise office operations and procedures
- Support preparation of scheduled reports and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Support the finance team with invoicing and expense tracking
- Support and guide new employees through the office orientation
- Provide general support to visitors and staff
Qualifications and skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Cert IV in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable
