As an Electrical Project Design Engineer, you will support the design, planning, and delivery of large-scale solar projects from concept through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is an office-based role located in Brisbane.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Review and approve designs to meet Australian Standards
- Develop and review solar farm electrical designs
- Prepare specifications and assess supplier proposals
- Support consultants and check compliance
- Contribute to tenders with preliminary designs
- Provide site and construction support
- Review testing and commissioning results
- Ensure compliance with standards and Grid Codes
- Manage risks and deliver quality designs
- Collaborate across teams and suppliers
- Promote high technical standards and business growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 1 year of primary design experience.
- At least 1 years’ experience in solar farms, BESS, or power generation
- Strong time management with planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
