Power Australia’s clean energy future with Elecnor! As a Bids and Tenders Coordinator for HV Substation Projects, you will play a key role in winning new projects.
You will be actively involved in all aspects of tendering, with a high level of input into tender coordination and presentation, ensuring submissions are high-quality, competitive, and compliant. This role requires strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills.
This is an office-based role located in North Sydney.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Create, review, analyses, and interpret tender documents
- Collaborate with project teams, estimators, and other departments
- Contribute to tender strategy, presenting clear technical solutions
- Identify and assess risks in tenders and recommend mitigation measures
- Maintain organised tender documentation in folders and portals
- Provide progress updates, recommendations, and insights throughout the tender
- Support the estimating team when required
- Ensure all tender submissions are technically accurate
- Perform other tasks related to tendering and project bidding as needed
Skills or Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
- Proven experience with bids and tenders
- Strong understanding of industry rules, standards, and best practices
- Advanced user of estimation software and Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tender deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality submissions
