Bricklayer

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bricklayer for a full-time position in Cronulla, NSW. Join our dynamic team in the building industry and contribute to exciting construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair walls, foundations, and other structures using bricks, blocks, and other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Mix mortar and other materials as required for various construction tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and construction workers to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bricklayer or similar role in the building and construction industry.
• Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in bricklaying.
• Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
