About the Role
As Centre Leader, you’ll lead your team with integrity, confidence, and a strong commitment to quality. You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, support your educators, engage families, and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of passionate educators
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, compliant, and high-quality practices
- Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community
- Manage enrolments, occupancy, budgets, and staffing
- Maintain high standards in educational programming and regulatory compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Proven leadership experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQS, EYLF, and Regulations)
- Current NSW Employee Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection & Asthma/Anaphylaxis training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a difference
