About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to high-quality early childhood education, enjoys working collaboratively with a team, and is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences for
children. Candidates who are currently studying or intending to study a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of engaging play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Observe and document children’s learning and development
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the educational team to support program planning and reflection
- Follow all National Quality Framework (NQF) and service policies and procedures
- Support children’s wellbeing, learning, and development through positive interactions and guidance

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Foundations of Child Safety (Gecko/Geccko) or willingness to complete
- Currently studying or intending to study a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) is highly regarded
