What We’re Looking For:

While 3 years prior experience in areas like machine operation, production and manufacturing, warehouse operations, or forklift operation is beneficial, and a certificate 2 in process manufacturing or similar is nice, it’s your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to embrace our core values that truly matter.

Your Role:
As a Production Operator, you’ll:
- Operate and control key production machines
- Load and unload materials
- Process data using our systems
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks
- Conduct quality checks and inspections
- Participate in training and cross-training
- Contribute to improvement and waste reduction efforts
