About the Role

Our Customer Care team is the voice of EC Carpets — the friendly, helpful, can-do people our customers rely on every day. In this role, you’ll:

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Process orders and coordinate delivery updates
• Solve problems with empathy and a proactive mindset
• Build strong relationships with both customers and internal team.

You’ll be supported from day one with structured onboarding, one-on-one training, and a team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
