At Team Easy, we make design simple, fast, and effective. We’re currently refreshing our website for both AU and US audiences and are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to help elevate the experience. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and impact.
The Role
- Working closely with our Creative Director and internal stakeholders, you’ll:
- Refresh and elevate our website UI/UX
- Design intuitive product calculators and interactive tools
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Translate brand guidelines into engaging digital experiences
- Contribute practical, user-centred solutions that balance creativity with usability
- Collaborate with developers and product stakeholders to bring designs to life
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5+ years’ experience in UI/UX design, ideally with larger or established brands
- Strong understanding of user-centred design and interactive digital products
- Confident using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Experience conducting or applying insights from user research and usability testing
- Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating cross-functionally
- Proactive, confident, and solutions-driven
