Production Supervisor

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Smeaton Grange manufacturing site. You’ll run the floor, support team leaders, solve problems quickly and ensure work is completed safely, on time and to quality standards.

This role is key to driving efficient processes and leading operators to deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day production across multiple areas
• Coordinate labour, workflow and shift coverage
• Keep jobs moving and remove bottlenecks
• Lead, coach and manage production staff
• Manage performance and training
• Maintain safety and quality standards
• Work closely with dispatch, warehouse and planning teams
• Drive efficiency and continuous improvement

What You Bring

• Experience supervising a manufacturing or production team
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Confidence managing people and performance
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of safety and quality practices
• Signage or print production experience (highly regarded)
