Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager – Insurance Premium Finance is responsible for driving new business and growth within the insurance premium finance sector. This role focuses on building strong relationships with insurance brokers, aggregators, and other key industry partners, promoting Dynamoney’s products, and identifying opportunities to expand market share nationally.

This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure an exceptional customer and partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development and Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new business and expand existing relationships in the insurance premium finance market.
  • Identify, target, and convert high-potential insurance brokers and aggregators into strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Insurance Premium Finance and internal teams to align product offerings and marketing support with business opportunities.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with insurance brokers, aggregator networks, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for broker partners in the insurance premium finance segment.
  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise Dynamoney’s profile and influence.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to maximise loan placement and customer satisfaction.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes affecting insurance premium finance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to inform product development, marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate Dynamoney’s offerings and strengthen market position.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure smooth onboarding, loan processing, and ongoing servicing for new business.
  • Provide feedback on product enhancements, marketing materials, and operational improvements to support partners and end customers.
  • Collaborate on campaigns, workshops, and initiatives that educate and engage insurance brokers and partners.

Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, revenue growth, and partner engagement.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on progress against targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyse results to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of revenue and new business targets in insurance premium finance.
  • Growth and retention of broker and aggregator relationships.
  • Contribution to market share expansion and portfolio performance.
