Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our organization, ensuring that our people and culture initiatives align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that support business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Develop and implement talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and career development
  • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure a diverse and inclusive candidate pool and a positive candidate experience
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
