Position Overview

The Client Services Manager will oversee the daily operations, supporting, effectively managing and providing guidance to both paid and volunteer staff involved in our programs and services. This position requires strong decision-making skills and ability to provide recommendations to enhance service delivery. The Client Services Manager will play a pivotal role in building relationships with external stakeholders and will collaborate with the Management Team to support the achievement of Drug ARM’s strategic plan and funding agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee programs and service delivery in alignment with the organisation’s strategic plan and funding agreements
  • Coordinate staff and resources for hub, spoke, and outreach services; supervise programs and projects
  • Assist in the preparation and management of program budgets
  • Enforcement of policies, procedures, and quality improvement processes
  • Provide training, induction, and mentoring to staff, students, and volunteers to support skill development and professional growth
  • Participate in ongoing review and evaluation of programs ensuring accurate service statistics and effective operational reporting
  • Support risk management and compliance by promoting adherence to policies, auditing processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Position can be based in the Ipswich, Annerley, Toowoomba or Roma office.
  • Travel to regional offices will also be required from time to time

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Two (2) years or more years of manager role and/or managerial experience including successfully delivering programs in regional areas
  • Completion of a relevant Undergraduate degree
  • Strong experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to make a difference.
