The Role
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’re the leader who ensures Drifter sparkles. You’ll guide the housekeeping team to keep rooms and shared spaces spotless, comfortable, and ready to wow our guests.
From managing rosters and timesheets to collaborating with other departments, you’re hands-on and detail driven. You’ll ensure all health and safety standards are met, and handle guest interactions to make their stay as smooth as it is memorable. Whether it’s reporting maintenance needs or solving unexpected challenges, you’re the steady hand that keeps things running like clockwork.
This role will be based at our property in Glebe with but some work at our sister location in Surry Hills.
Who We Are Looking For
You’re a natural leader with an eye for detail and know what it takes to create exceptional spaces. Ideally, you’ve worked in a similar environment and are confident leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
Proactive and approachable, you communicate with clarity and lead by example. You’re a problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, and your friendly demeanour ensures every guest and team member feels valued.
Flexibility is key. Our doors are open 24/7 and as a housekeeping supervisor, you may be required to work evenings, weekends or public holidays when needed.
