The Role
As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you lead the team that keeps Drifter running at its sparkling best. You’ll set the standard, keep things on track, and make sure every room and shared space is consistently on point.
We need someone who makes things happen. You’ll work closely with management to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where things can be better. From refining processes to lifting team performance, you’ll have the space to make real impact.
You’ll manage rosters and timesheets, support and coach your team, and keep operations running smoothly across departments. You’ll also play a key role in spotting issues early – whether that’s
maintenance, workflow bottlenecks, or opportunities to improve how the team works day to day.
It’s hands-on, fast-paced, and collaborative — with real ownership over how your department operates.
Who We’re Looking For
You know housekeeping ops in, out and sideways. You’re familiar with what it takes to run a happy and successful housekeeping team and you know how to keep standards high without losing the
human touch.
You’re proactive, practical, and solutions-focused. You don’t just follow processes – you look for ways to improve them. You’re comfortable making decisions, backing yourself, and working closely with management to get things right.
You’re organised, detail-driven, and calm under pressure. Whether it’s a busy turnover day or an unexpected challenge, you keep things moving and bring your team with you.
