The Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll be part of the team that brings the Drifter experience to life. From the moment guests walk in, you’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere—greeting them with a smile, guiding them through our menu, taking orders, running food, and checking in to make sure
everything’s just right.
You’ll be someone who keeps the floor looking sharp, stays one step ahead of what’s needed, and thrives in a fast-paced service environment. You’ll work closely with the bar and kitchen teams to make sure every guest experience flows smoothly and feels effortless.
This is a casual role with a mix of evening and weekend shifts. Drifter’s vibe is relaxed and social, but our standards are high—so if you love working hard in a lively space and care about the little details, this could be the place for you.
Who We Are Looking For
You’re someone who naturally connects with people and takes pride in offering warm, attentive service. You’ve had experience in restaurants, bars or similar fast-paced hospitality settings and understand how to move quickly while still making guests feel looked after.
Calm under pressure, great with communication, and happy to be part of a close-knit team, you show up with a great attitude and a focus on delivering consistently high-quality service.
