We currently have two exciting opportunities available:
Webster Packer / Dispensary Assistant
Part-Time (School Hours) or Full-Time Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the dispensary preparing Webster medication packs and supporting the pharmacy team to ensure patients receive their medicines safely and accurately.
Flexible work options:
Part-time: 3–4 days per week (approx. 9:00am – 3:00pm, ideal school hours)
Or
Full-time: Available for candidates who are also happy to assist in the front-of-shop retail area
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and pack Webster medication packs accurately and efficiently
- Assist the dispensary team with medication preparation and pharmacy support tasks
- Ensure Webster packs are correctly packed, labelled and organised
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling medicines
- Keep the dispensary clean, organised and compliant
- Assist with front of shop duties if working in the full-time role
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Ability to follow procedures and work carefully with medications

S2/S3 Certificate highly regarded
- Previous pharmacy or healthcare experience advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, reliable and professional attitude
Pharmacy Assistant – Front of Shop
Part-Time | Expression of Interest
We are also inviting expressions of interest for Part-Time Pharmacy Assistants to join our retail team and help provide outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and enquiries
- Assist with stock management, including putting stock away and maintaining shelves
- Complete ticketing, merchandising and store presentation
- Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Maintain a clean and welcoming retail environment
Skills & Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Interest in health, pharmacy or customer care
