About the Roles

We are growing our Front Office team and looking for friendly, confident people to join the team at Dorsett — where first impressions and great service go hand in hand. Whether it’s welcoming guests at reception, valet parking, or being the friendly face they remember from their stay, you’ll play a big part in creating an unforgettable hotel experience.

 

Guest Service Agent – Full Time

  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome and ensure efficient check-in and check-out experiences
  • Handle guest enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly via face-to-face, phone, and email communication
  • Promote and upsell hotel facilities, services, and room upgrades
  • Accurately process payments, post charges, and manage cash float
  • Work collaboratively with housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, F&B and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Prepare and deliver guest amenities

Night Auditor – Part Time (4 days per week)

 

  • Complete the nightly audit process, reconciling all revenue and payments for the day
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift and assist with any guest requests
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, or emergencies
  • Assist with valet operations when required

Porter – Full Time

  • Monitor and manage luggage storage facilities
  • Provide directions and information to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
  • Responsible for the valet parking services
  • Assist guests with self check in
  • Assisting with In-Room Dining delivery when required
  • Prepare and deliver guest amenities

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Have amazing customer service skills or hospitality experience (hotel experience is a bonus, not a must)
  • Experience with Opera Cloud PMS is highly desirable (GSA and Porter)
  • Are polished, personable, and calm under pressure
  • Are comfortable engaging with guests in a professional, friendly manner
  • Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Take pride in great service and attention to detail
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Full working rights
  • Hold or are willing to obtain RSA and Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Full Driver’s License (Porter and Night Auditor role)
