The Role
As an Accounts Receivable Officer – Cluster, you will be in charge of day to day transactional processing of hotel credit cards reconciliation, posting of settlements, generating invoices, investigating chargebacks and liaising with Merchant Company for Dorsett Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new Credit Application request and create AR accounts in PMS
- Update daily movement excel file
- Reconcile Daily credit card settlement between Opera PMS and Merchant Report, investigate discrepancies
- Apply payment against Credit Card transactions, reconcile against receipt in the bank
- Liase with individual hotel reservation and front office team for Direct Billing transactions, open folio follow up etc.
- Troubleshoot with merchant for discrepancies and chargebacks
- Review all unsettled guest stay transactions daily
- Administer the AR ledger
- Send invoices via AR Ledger and follow up on payment
- Manage the AR General Email Inbox
- Ad Hoc admin as occurred
