The opportunity

We are seeking lawyers for our transactions team; at the associate level and at senior associate level. We expect the best from our team, and that’s what makes us the firm we are.

Working with a range of clients from a variety of industries, you will:

  • conduct and/or oversee substantive legal research;
  • assist with commercial and asset transactions, M&A, due diligence, property and infrastructure deals;
  • draft contracts and agreements, and provide advice to clients;
  • collaborate with the team to provide practical solutions for clients;
  • manage files within skill and experience level, including client liaison; and
  • mentor junior members of the team.
