Senior Investment Manager / Office All Rounder

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Investment Manager to join our team in a dynamic, hands on all rounder role. Based out of our Lower North Shore office, this full time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, but doesn’t want the stress of managing their own portfolio. You’ll be confident stepping in wherever needed to support the wider team and ensure smooth operations across our property portfolios.

The Role:

• Provide portfolio cover as needed, including inspections, leasing, tenant concierge and other office duties
• Handle multiple responsibilities across the office
• Maintain strong knowledge of legislation and compliance
• Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and team members
• Follow processes accurately while managing portfolios with autonomy

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
• Strong team player with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Motivated, resilient and a quick learner
• Proficient in property management software (ideally Property Tree & Inspection Express)
• Current NSW Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
