We’re looking for an experienced Product & Systems Trainer & Onboarding Manager to join our award-winning Professional Services team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll lead the training, education, and administration of internal systems and 3rd-party products, ensuring consistent adoption across the business. You’ll also oversee onboarding programs for new team members, setting them up for success from day one.
Our team was recently recognised with Training & Education Program of the Year at the REB (Real Estate Business) Awards, reflecting our commitment to learning and development. This role is primarily based on the Upper and Lower North Shore, with flexibility to travel as required.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver clear, engaging training across internal systems and 3rd-party products
- Provide on site support and tailor presentations to different audiences
- Evaluate systems and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Champion system adoption across the business and support ongoing improvements
- Oversee onboarding programs to ensure new team members start strong
- Build relationships with team members to foster a learning culture
Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of sales operations, real estate systems, and commercial business
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Solutions focused, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Detail oriented, with a focus on licensee success and delivering a quality client experience
- Previous real estate training experience is preferred but not essential
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration (NSW)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to DiJones offices
