Digital Six is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join our sales team. If you’re sharp on the phone, confident in a discovery, and know how to close high-value digital marketing deals — this is your chance to step into a high-growth role with strong backing.

Your first 6 weeks will be spent prospecting and generating your own opportunities — building pipeline, learning our offers, refining your pitch, and proving you can cut through. Once you’re confident, you’ll transition into full BDM mode with warm, qualified leads provided by our SDR team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Prospecting and self-generating leads during your first 6 weeks

Running discovery and strategy sessions with business owners

Pitching tailored solutions across Google Ads, Meta, SEO & more

Closing deals aligned with client needs and agency capabilities

Collaborating with strategy and delivery teams for smooth handovers

Tracking progress via HubSpot and refining your pitch as you go

Hitting KPIs: 5 run, 1-2 sales daily (post-ramp)

What We’re Looking For

2+ years in digital marketing or B2B solution sales

Solid outbound or cold sales experience – can build and close pipeline

Great communicator, confident in handling objections and closing

A genuine interest in digital marketing and client success

High personal standards and a proven record of hitting targets

Self-starter mindset with strong follow-through
