About the role
The position is responsible for providing tenants and guests with a friendly and knowledgeable presence whilst ensuring all requests, and actionable items are attended to. You will be responsible for building relationships with tenants, guests and stakeholders along with communicating regularly with Senior Management to provide updates and arrange specific activations and the like.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Greeting all incoming and outgoing persons
Administrative tasks
Assist with tenant and guest needs and inquiries
Escalate issues to proper channels to ensure quick and timely inquiry resolution
Assist in the planning and management of activations
Minor content creation tasks via supplied platform
Ensure common areas are kept clean and tidy, and re-ordering stock when necessary
Providing information and directions, explaining rules and regulations to tenants and guests
Maintaining a working knowledge of the location and of various restaurants, cafes, transport, emergency services, etc.
About you
Customer Service Experience
Concierge experience is preferred but not required.
A willingness to embrace and learn new technologies
Exceptional communication, both verbal and written
Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Knowledge of building management systems – preferred but not required
Ability to work well within a Team and Independently
Shows strong initiative to go above and beyond and is always looking for new ways to grow skills and learn
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Ability to stand for long periods if necessary
