Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and improve our recruitment practises.

Onboarding:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of all required paperwork.

• Coordinate with IT and other departments to ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources from day one.

• Monitor the onboarding process and gather feedback to continuously improve the experience.

Offboarding:

• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, retrieval of company property, and ensuring proper documentation.

• Analyse exit interview data to identify trends and recommend improvements.

4. Employee Relations:

• Support performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans.

• Assist in conducting employee investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.

5. Coaching Leaders:

• Partner with leaders to provide coaching and development support.

• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

6. Work Cover and Employee Safety:

• Manage work cover claims and liaise with insurance providers.

• Promote a culture of safety by coordinating safety programs and initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

7. HR Systems, Data, and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.

• Generate and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all HR processes.
