About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and motivate a high-performing team of 11. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency across receiving, order processing, dispatch, inventory control and transport coordination.

You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering a consistently high standard of order accuracy and service.

In addition, you will drive team performance through effective communication, labour planning, coaching and development, while fostering a positive and safe working environment.

About You You bring a strong leadership mindset and the ability to inspire and develop your team.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working across systems and processes, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the business.

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Essential Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution leadership role
  • Experience within a warehouse/distribution environment
  • Valid forklift licence and operational experience
  • Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
