The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager based in Melbourne or surrounds, to join our Sales Team on a 12 month maternity leave contract commencing in May 2026.

Collaborating with the Head of Sales & State Sales Manager, you will be supporting existing clinics West of the Melbourne CBD as well as South Australia to help achieve growth and expansion.

You will benefit from working with highly motivated team members and clients alike in a creative, ever-changing environment. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is highly organised, performance driven and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for skin health.

Please note that this role involves travel, including both regional and interstate trips.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving the success of your territory, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets and individual KPI’s are achieved, while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining strong engagement with clinic partners.
  • Servicing stockists within your territory and visiting these accounts on a call cycle to support business growth and increase sales.
  • Reach conversion of existing business to other Derma Aesthetic product lines to ensure growth within your territory
  • Developing strong, meaningful client relationships.
  • Implementing and supporting new promotions and product launches in clinics.
  • Delivering in-clinic and virtual education to support the growth of stockists.
  • Planning and participating in VIP events for our stockists and keeping them up to date on all educational programs.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar Business Development Manager role (minimum 2 years) is desirable
  • Be a qualified Beauty Therapist/Dermal Therapist with a comprehensive understanding of the skin’s structure and function
  • The ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Thrive on achieving and exceeding sales targets 
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability for building rapport with colleagues as well as clients alike
  • Excellent personal presentation with a positive, enthusiastic, can-do attitude
  • Be knowledgeable, and up to date on current trends within the beauty industry
  • Possess proficient computer literacy skills (Microsoft Suite and CRM software).
